She really finds time to answer my inquiry and explain it to me in a simple equation

I did 3 contracts in total with SMC in the past and decided to come back again for another. First time I am working with Michel and what I like about it is that she really finds time to answer my inquiry and explain it to me in a simple equation. And she emphasized right away from day-1 that I should never hesitate to contact her regarding any job issues. I understand that Michel is so busy especially now that "Travel Nursing" is so in-demand but I never felt being rush at all. I really felt our collaboration in discussing the contracts currently available, my preference and where will I fit and have the best experience. And with that, I am grateful. Thank you, Michel, and looking forward to work with you again.
